Vintage 2014
The year of confirmation

This is a righteous vintage, with a nice classic style. It is likely to become the alter ego of Jean Faure 2008, with extra flesh and elevation. Stay tuned…

« En finesse, avec un fruit délicatement exprimé et une longueur svelte et raffi née, un jean-faure qui lorgne vers Cheval Blanc ! »

« 50{2ef463e3719c7dd2168eb1e95ab7f500c25eaa9b553c9fd777c739b03501f35d} Cabernet Franc as well as a little Malbec. Fragrant and expressive - dark fruit, cherry and liquorice notes. Beautiful texture. Fine but strong tannins. Lovely length and freshness on the fi nish. Real line and length. »

“This wine is a strong violet color, with purple and lilac tints. I arrived at Jean Faure, after sampling some disgusting wines elsewhere. And I was able to recover as of the initial nose. It is so tender, mild and refined. And not only fruity, but also intelligent and complex. With powerful nuances. Velvety on the palate, the tannins are charming and melted, and the finish comprises notes of well-ripened berries and fruity tea. Quite simply grandiose, but without arrogance. If it were possible to embrace a wine, Jean Faure would be the one.”
